50 cents officially stayed away from Starz with Starz after the network reported significant subscriber losses and a huge financial blow.

After the network posted a bleak subscriber figure and a $42.5 million loss, 50 cents sent a message to Starz, saying he said “goodbye” to the network.
The hip-hop tycoon and executive producer clearly said on social media: “Goodbye, goodbye. Goodbye,” the network’s performance has declined.
In addition to the network where FIF is constantly dragging the show, the second quarter of 2025 brought more bad news to Starz. The U.S. streaming subscribers dropped from 13.04 million to 12.2 million, while the total number of domestic customers fell by 410,000 to 17.6 million.

The company blamed the losses on its recent separation from Lionsgate and said it would no longer release international streaming numbers.
Despite the economic downturn, Stez still tends to program to 50 cents.
The network aired several of his shows, including Power Universe and BMF.
Power Book IV: Force will enter its third and final season. In fact, the series’ star Joseph Sikora said that season three is worth the wait.

But behind the scenes, the tensions between 50 Cent and Starz have been working hard for years. He repeatedly criticized network delays, inconsistent arrangements and stagnant renewals.
In 2022, 50 cents announced that he would take his content elsewhere, encouraging audiences to boycott Starz until his show returns.
Although he remains executive producer for multiple champions under G-Unit Film & Television, he chose not to renew his contract with the Internet in 2022.
With subscribers losing installation and 50 cents, the future of the network remains uncertain.
